    How does this work?

    It's pretty simple: you upload photos, then checkout. Your purchased video of your Alivifed photos is saved on your account page so you have access.You then have the option to add the video to a physical product like a photo frame or giant greeting card for a little extra. The video is viewed using a QR code printed on your product.

    Is my data safe?

    We store you data on Microsoft's Azure, which has state-of-the art data and privacy protection built in. We do not sell your data or use your images without your express permission. You can see our privacy policy here.

    Can I choose the actions of the people in the photo when Alivified?

    Sorry. In this case, the AI makes decisions on natural movements.  It will examine the scene and make decisions based on the context of the photo. Customers generally love how natural the Alivified images look.

    What photos can I use?

    Great question. We strongly recommend following these guidelines:

    1. It's okay if the photo is a little worn or faded because the AI will restore it. 

    2. The best photos have a primary focus of people in the foreground, but it's okay to have others in the image. 

    3. Please do not upload photos where the subject's face has a light glare or is overexposed. The AI will not have enough data to animate the image when this occurs. 

    4. If you are taking a photo of a vintage picture with your phone, be sure to flatten your photo first to the best of your ability and avoid glare from overhead lights. 

    What events or celebrations does Alivify work well for? 

    That's the great thing:  whether it's a birthday or a graduation, an anniversary or memorial, your memories found in still photos are brought to life for all to see and remember. 

    What about pets or scenic vistas? 

    We love to Alivify pets, it's a great use case. Even scenic vistas can be Alivified if there are leaves that can gently blow in the wind or a duck on a pond, or perhaps, even snow or rain.

    How long does it take?

    Your Alivify video will be completed within 2 business days of purchase. If you add a photo frame, giant greeting card or some other physical gift, your order will ship within 4 business days of purchase (most of our packages ship via UPS).

    Can I use new photos taken with my phone? 

    Yes! Just upload them like you would any other photo.
